Monica Everett is one of the Seven Sages and the only mage able to cast spells without speaking, a technique she learned because her anxiety makes public speech unbearable. She receives a secret mission to infiltrate a school and protect Second Princ…e Felix from a plot; keeping her identity hidden means investigating classmates and enduring conversations she finds more frightening than a black dragon.

I'd recommend it because of Monica: she can cast incredible magic without speaking, but normal conversation in class seems like mission impossible to her.
You'll enjoy it if you're looking for a magical academy, secrets and a shy protagonist treated with love.
What sets her apart from other prodigy magicians is that Monica invented voiceless magic so she wouldn't speak in front of anyone: her legendary technique was born from her social anxiety.
