The last humans appear to live inside Deca-Dence, a moving fortress that fights the Gadoll monsters, and Natsume dreams of joining the Gear warriors despite losing an arm. Her instructor Kaburagi seems to be an ordinary repairman but actually belongs… to a cyborg society using that world as entertainment; when they learn the system deletes anyone it considers a bug, the two decide to rebel against the rules of reality itself.
