I'd recommend it because it has very creative powers, very enjoyable combat, and a whole class of characters that you end up loving.
It's a good fit if you like academy shōnen, tournaments, and watching a group improve together over several seasons.
Unlike other power shōnen, here being a hero is a complete profession: there are academies, licenses, agencies, rankings and even image crises.
