The Seven Deadly Sins were accused of attempting to overthrow the kingdom of Liones and vanished after the Holy Knights defeated them. Ten years later, Princess Elizabeth finds Meliodas and asks him to reunite the group, free her father, and reclaim… the kingdom; their journey exposes who arranged the betrayal and reveals that the Sins, the demons, and Meliodas's past are tied to a far older war.
I'd recommend it for its powers, its humor and the pleasure of seeing how the Seven Sins meet again and fight together.
You'll like this if you're looking for shōnen fantasy, destined romances, and a group that bickers like an ancient family.
What sets it apart is that each Sin was condemned by a guilt that does not tell the whole truth; knowing the group consists of separating the legend from what each one really did.
