I'd recommend it for its boarding house, its cast and a retro romantic comedy that little by little introduces aliens into coexistence.
It's a good fit if you're looking for choral romance, light science fiction and everyday life.
What separates it from other boarding house comedies is that Takumi unknowingly cooks for an alien heiress, while the neighbors hide pieces of a cosmic succession.
